We'll pick you up at the gate.

If you've just arrived and don't have a car yet, we'll collect you from the El Salado or Fuentebravía gate, drive you to each viewing, and drop you back at the same gate. No need to rent a car for house-hunting day.

How it works

What to do before pickup.

  • Be at the gate 15 minutes early

    Gate traffic at NAVSTA Rota can be slow, and ID checks add a few minutes on the way out. Arriving 15 minutes before the agreed time means we don't lose viewing slots.

  • Confirm which gate

    There are two gates on the El Puerto side. Double-check with us by WhatsApp the night before — going to the wrong gate is the most common cause of missed pickups.

Look for this car

A silver Mercedes.

We'll be parked just past the gate or rolling slowly past the exit. If you can't see us, wait at the gate and send a quick WhatsApp — we won't leave without you.

The two gates

Where to meet us.

Both gates are on the El Puerto side of the base. Pick whichever is closer or easier for you to walk out from — we'll meet you there.

  • El Salado Gate

    Also called El Puerto Gate

    Main vehicle gate on the El Puerto side, off the CA-603. Most personnel and contractors use this gate. Easy to drive up to, plenty of room to wait.

  • Fuentebravía Gate

    Also called Control de Fuentebravía

    Smaller back gate on the south side, between the base and the Fuentebravía neighbourhood. Used a lot by housing residents — quieter, but parking around it is tighter.

If something goes wrong

Can't see us, or running late?

WhatsApp us straight away. The number is the same one you used to book — keep the thread open on your phone. If gate security holds you up, just send a quick message and we'll wait. If we get held up on our side (it's rare, but traffic happens), we'll do the same.
