• Tenant enquiry form: name, email, phone, move-in date, bedrooms, budget, pets and any notes you add.
• Owner form (in Spanish): name, WhatsApp number, email, property address or neighbourhood, bedrooms, availability date and notes.
• If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, the contact details you use and the content of your messages.
• The technical logs any website generates when it is served, such as IP address and browser type.

This site has no user accounts, sends no newsletters and builds no profiles.

We use your data to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to manage the rental. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the messages you send us (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing and make no automated decisions.

• Forminit (UXPLUS LTD, United Kingdom): delivery of this site's forms. Submission data is stored on AWS servers in Ireland (European Union), and the UK holds a European Commission adequacy decision.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Meta (WhatsApp): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

We never sell your data. Between owner and tenant we share only what is needed to arrange a rental, which is the service we provide.

For as long as your enquiry or rental is active, and for the periods required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected].

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying visitors. That is why there is no cookie banner.
